Every order is a 1/2 pound of tea. It is designed to be a
one months supply. You can drink it three times a day for 30 days
and this will be just the right amount. You'll need a tea
ball. The tea ball is necessary because this is
a loose leaf product. Just about tablespoon is the right
amount of tea.
Some of the herbs come in a separate package. Don't forget to
read the instructions. And don't worry we've made it super simple.
